Ah, forgot that one. I found that SOA riddle of poor quality myself ... took a few rather painfull Flamestrikes to point the way
It just didnt give me that " ahhhh, right " feeling once I knew the answer

#8 was dead easy, I got that first time, the first time I encountered it.

Andrewas, check your PM.

I think there's about 2 hours more before I post what I think are all the answers.

Oh, and the riddles were easier in SoA because they were multiple-guess, erm, I mean multiple-choice.

It was so easy (Vedran made a score of ... 0) that I let myself loose there .

I have encountered almost all of them before. Well, tenth I haven't. And I am pretty sure I have missed that one. There must be a catch (stupid language ).

Number 10 is bad English.

I think what its trying to ask is:
"What position are you in when you overtake the person who is in second?"
You can't use "coming" in the way it was being used in that sentence.

I think your answer for number four is wrong.
::
4)Judge = Someone the Defendant slept with
What you propose isn't possible

4. In a criminal trial, what is the relationship of the defendant to the trial judge, if the defendant's brother-in-law's only sister's husband is the father of the son of the judge?
Now
"the defendant's broter-in-law's only sister's husband" is the defendant.
"Father of the son of the judge" means that the judge can be the Mother of the son, and the defendant can be the father.
