If ya wanna look at water elementals, get IWD. However, the elementals in IWD are very different to the BG2 ones.

Good point about giants... In IWD there are some too.

There is one giant in the game, the Ettin you have to fight in the Sahuagin city. Also, the Hammer +4 vs giantkin also works vs golems, and we all have seen quite enough of those big fat clumsy brainless..... OK sorry! Yes the scimitar vs bards really had me clueless for a while but I figured it out. They've put it in the game for the sole reason of killing Haer'Delis

well, i was talking about the throwing hammer +3 it does +7 vs giantkins and ogres, it had nothing to do with golems.

you nearly never fought giant or ogres, what an useful item
