I have also thought of that. If someone is half dead, he shouldn't be able to fight as hard or as fast as normal. And what about stealing? I went to the bridge district and stole some items, then sold them. I did this until I had about 100000 coins. Does a storekeeper living in the slums really have 100000? Oh, well...it gets easier like this.
