just stay cautious
 for it started with mentos, then I went on to Altoids, Fishermen's Friends and finally FRISK. Today I'm smoking about a packet of Davidoff Menthol cigarettes/day  So beware

I've never tasted Altoids before, how strong are they in comparison with other mints? I do love Mentos, Tic Tacs, Fishermans Friends, Trebor XXXstrong, and others like that.
