I guess I always just assumed that when Jaheira reached level 14 Druid that she would be able to challenge for leadership of the grove. I just went there though and my response to the head druid was always "No one is here to challenge at this time." Why? Shouldn't Jaheira be able to be a great druid (grand druid, whatever) like any other? Maybe even with class benefits that go along with the station like more spells, abilities, etc.?
Maybe it is just for a PC druid, like a stronghold quest. I guess it is for the best...I wouldn't want her to tell me, "Sorry hon, I can't adventure with you any more, I have to look after my grove." |

Yes, it is just for PC druid, and druids are limited to only lvl 14 in the game due to the complexity of implementing their special abilities when they reach higher levels.

As Accord said, the Druid Grove is the PC Druid stronghold quest. However, when you first show up (when the grove is still under control of the "bad people") and run into the Grand Druid, you have the option of volunteering Jaheira to fight for control of the Grove. However, she doesn't get to keep the grove...I don't think. You can just get more XPs than if you have Cernd do it.
