I wasn't suggesting that the Paladin would call an Avatar, I was suggesting that he/she would be in favor of their deity and the deity would gate in an Avatar. Oh, and with a deities power, I doubt TIME STOP would matter that much. They can walk through time if needed.

Hey I meant a level 50 necro and a level 50 paladin not a level 19 necro and a level 100 paladin.

yeah but i think that a necromancer at level 19 would win against a paladin even if they are level 50 or even 100

If their name's Rikard and they have a fairy dragon named Kael, and they were fighting against a paladin named Jerome who had maligned fairy dragons in the past, how could they possibly lose??
