I finished Bg1 three times: once as a Ranger, once as a fighter and a couple of weaks agow i re-installed it and went through the game as a palladin. (i wanted to use tomes to get a char with good statts and then import it in Bg2).
I also played Planescape Torment. |

I played BG I through a couple of times, and BG II through once. Now I am playing BG II at home and BG I lunchtimes at work. I am not sure which I like best.
When I finish BG I this time I will have a great character to bring into BG II, a mage dualed to thief at level 2, ie a high level thief that can use scrolls. You can't create such a charater in BG II (without 3rd party editors). Sherpa Doug |

Played BG1, ToSC, and IWD before BG2. Currently, playing BG2 1st time through (I'm at the last fight), and a BG2 multi and playing HOW.

I have played through BG1, ToTSC, BG2, Planescape Torment, IWD and some parts of HOW.
Many times unless with IWD that is currently at war with my computer and soon I will just kill both and buy a new one... GRRRRRRR Personally I like the onesided story line of Planescape, the Flexibility of IWD and well the story and NPC´s in the BG games. Definately great all of them, as long as they work. IWD ran smoother on my really old P2 350 with 128 MB ram and a first generatio 16 MB TNT2 Ultra card... Grr again... ------------------ WOLF WINS EVERY FIGHT BUT ONE, AND IN THAT ONE, HE DIES |

I to have played BG1 quite a few times, with a feu different characters.
My favorite was a halfelf fighter/thief, I called him Cyric. I played the game with him enough to get 25 in every stat by reading books |

I'm currently playing BG1 for my second time. I only had it for a short while before BG2 came out so I only got to play it 1 and a half times. Gone back to make my latest incarnation of Draggor Bonesnapper the fighter to take into BG2. I've found lots of little hidden things in the game that I didn't find the first time. Like the seer who tells that Amn will soon have problems that make yours look like nothing and the city that has never seen winter and has been empty for years but will soon see a great influx of people. Or the guy with a great sense of smell, Bub Snikt, who is "pretty good at what he does" to use my Pc's words.
ps anyone know what the point of the rabid chickens is or is this just a homage to the Legend of Zelda games. |
