If i recall correctly, it was in the BG2 forums. I asked how to defeat the Balor in the Underdark, which is what brought me to IW in the first place. I've been trying to defeat that creature for hours in a row, and finally i gave up and started looking for help on the internet.

I was asking how to defeat Nessy in Wizardry 8 board. Many people gives their pointers which I have already done. Then someone tell me to use Superman potion. Glad I have asked.

My first post was in the BGII forums (did 3 posts that day)

I was asking for help in the underdark and with my MP game.

I have never once been treated like a noob on these forums.

More of a "lurker" myself. I basically *know* I'm a horse's arse most of the time so I try to keep a low profile. First post was on Wiz 8 board to which I got one response. It wasn't super helpful but at least someone cared that much. ^__^
