Fastest street legal PRODUCTION car in the world. I personally know 5 or 6 guys who live in the area who have "Street Legal" cars that possibly could top 250 (with appropriate gearing), all it takes is GOBS of power and maybe some aero mods to keep the car from taking off. Of course there better not be any corners in front of these cars, they're strictly straight-liners.

For reference... here's what's possible if you're crazy enough and have the money:

Dwayne "Big Daddy" Gutridge's '93 Mustang notch-back. 347c.i.-turbo.

0-60= about a second or so
1/4 mile= 7.9 sec. @ 170+ mph
Top speed= well...lets see, he made it to 170 at the 1/4 mark, who knows?
The car is the D.O.T. Drag Radial Tire world record holder and street legal.

The Koenigsegg is a VERY sweet car, it'd certainly have made my list if I'd known it existed... lol.

Hot cars or crap?

How about a 67 GTO, a 71 Pantera, maybe an 84 Ferrari 512BBi? All in my garage as we speak.

I don't want to hear about Toyota, or VW, or any other johnny-come-lately (no offesnse johnny )

When you're ready to talk about cars not toys, come see me then!

It's definitely a great render but the specular reflection off the chrome rims isn't right, too muted... there should be saturation and blooming there. The effect they have looks like a translucent matte finish was layed over the chrome, the overall effect is a mix between powdercoat and chrome... but definitely not right. The rubber is off too. In fact but for the wheels and the 100% uniform lighting the car would be totally believable.

The other mistake is the recessed door windows... they'd totally screw the wind resistance numbers.

Wow, some of those cars are ridiculous. Definitely hot and sexy looking, but i doubt I'll ever be able to afford one Trying to set more realistic goals for myself and i just saw a magnum in this mannie fresh video that looked pretty hot.

I've tried that, police don't seem to like it much though.

Well in my teenage mood right now, i'd love a Nissan Skyline, worked of course, with possibly 2 stage turbo. When fully worked those things can have 1000hp! A pulsar SSS would be nice too, in mid life i'd like some kind of muscle car, like a worked Mustang, or some huge old american car from the 60s, actually an Eldorado convertable would be good.
Later life, i'd like something like an Aston martin or ferrari, os something cool like that and luxurious.
Really late in life, well some kind of luxuary car, but i guess cars will be hybrid electric etc by then, so i don't know what i'd like.
But for now i'm stuck with a 1990 Mitsubishi Magna.

finally getting back to this thread, man, a tricked out skyline would be pretty sick. You'd be moving pretty fast. I'm down with what you're saying about Hp as well. Gets me pretty excited, 1000 would be ridiculous, but hp is why i like the magnum, cause i think it has 340 stock, which is pretty solid
