Who will win this year's edition ?

I'm gona have to say Chelsea on this one. They looked very strong against Bayern (although I would have loved to see that match go to extra time) and I can't see any of the other teams beating them. I'd say the wild card would have to be Liverpool, although I know a few folk who have bets on they'l win it. A song springs to mind for them...

Well, not because they're Dutch, but no other team has made a more solid impression to me than PSV. The way they handled Lyon, which was the most and easiest scoring team in the CL this year, is simply amazing, they completely shut their offense down and dominated all over the pitch, especially midfield. It's gonna be a totally different match when AC Milan comes along, no doubt, but if they stay healthy, they can take them as well.

For me AC MIlan is still THE favourite to win the cup, with PSV as an outsider.

You know something, somehow I have a deep feeling that Chelsea might win CL. I do hope I'm wrong.

Chelsea vs. AC Milan final, I'm pretty sure. I'd have to tip Chelsea. No personal preferance, honest.

AC Milan will be the champion. They are overall a very good team. Good goalie, great defense, great middle players (Pirlo, Kaka etc.) and very good attackers (Crespo, Sevchenko, Inzaghi if he's lucky).

They would have been present, IF they would have been good enough to make it to the semis. Strangely enough Arsenal was never very succesfull in the CL. Every year they start as one of the favourites to win it, and every time it ends in a big dissapointment.

After Liverpool's heroics against Juve, I desparately want them to reach the final. But, I reckon we'll struggle against Chelsea. L'pool do well in European style games - ie slow play, patient build up. But our game against Chelsea will be typical Premier League 100 miles per hour, end to end stuff. And I don't think anyone does that style as well as Chelsea. If we can slow things down we'll have a chance, but I'd be surprised if we can get through.

PSV vs Milan, I've got to back Milan. They just look the most solid, stylish team out there, great at controlling the game, fast on the counter attack, quality individuals, and work well as a team. I'm tipping Milan to beat PSV.

Than Milan vs Chelsea in the final. Would be a cracking game, and I'd be cheering on Milan (anyone but Chelsaa really!)
