I am in the under water city before I enter the Underdark,now I have already talked to the prince and accepted the fake heart.When I go back to the king to give it to him it won't allow me to talk because he's busy...I've tried everything I can think of...is there a problem with my game?? or should I just kill them get the rope and move on.By doing this will I miss out on anything to be given to me as a reward....Thanks

Download the Baldurdash fix pack...that should fix the "busy but im really not" bug. Or try a reload, if its more convienient. Killing the King wouldn't make you miss out on too much, i don't think, but the rest of the Sahuagin city might turn on you.

As far as the patch I downloaded it but it wont allow me to run it because I had already downloaded Throne of Bhall. What should I do now???

A short term solution is just to reload your save a few times and after 1-3 reloads they will talk. Long term get the ToB official patch then the Baldurdash one. Read the sticky thread at top too.
