hmmm...so many quests, but most of them are pretty minor. perhaps the Unseeying Eye...
I believe some people have made minor adjustments to the game to link the Twisted Runies to the slavers(as they were supposed to), but nothing more has been done(unless Unfinished business has covered it) edit] oh yeah, the Dennis' mothers gong quest is pretty big, though mostly running from point A to point B... Unseeing Eye quest perhaps?
Unfinished Business mod is working on completing the Twisted Rune (might have completed it already, haven't looked for a while). I had to look for the link and my cable was going the speed of a 14k modem..
 The Gong quest is part of the Limited Wish spell..go through the options and it should present itself to you
