Maybe true, but this is the first lawsuit ever under the NEW law, called "Can Spam". It is supposedly a more effective law, but we'll see.

In a magazine I read (Custom PC) there is actually an article about this man who was so annoyed by some spam he was getting that he starting threatening people because kept spamming him about a penis enlargement, I say good job spam gets cut back.
