You need the clasp and the cloak. I think the cloak can be found during/shortly after after leaving Saradush. I've got no idea about the clasp though, sorry

I have the clasp, but haven't found the cloak yet. I beat Yaga Sura, then took a break from the storyline to take on Watchers Keep (just finished it a few days ago).

- - - - - - - The clasp is in the fourth level of Watcher's keep and the cloak is a quest reward in that wierd desert settlement(can never remember it's name), you go there after Saradush. You'll know where I mean when you find it.
