can the bestiary of the dale available for IWD be utilised for the monsters in IWD2? my attacks don't seem to have any effect whatsoever on cornugons? any tips?

Not really... most of the information is either ruleset-based, or changed. Orcs' HD have changed, trolls' regeneration as well. Most of the Damage Reduction monsters have the same enchantment level to bypass. I think Cornugons need +3(maybe 2) or better to bypass their 20 DR.

which one is that?
i wanted t know with refernce to the battle squares. but now my hard disk crashed or something...my entiregame is gone. along with the completed IWD and HoW. @#$%&*!!!

the club you get in battle squares (level 5 i think(.
cant remember the halbers but you get it i think in kuldahar pass.

The "halberd" ZFR is talking about is "The Hammer of Lucerne", a polearm that you get in the Monk's monastary.

IIRC the halberd is in the coffin of the black raven. is there anyone who has finished all the ranks of all the levers of the battle squares. if they could let the others know what items we could gain from which levels, it'd motivate us to finish the squares. i was told of a cool item at the end of level 5. i got it and it definitely was useful.

1 skull 1 flail 1 short sword 1 bracers of ac May be there in normal mode though. |
