I got in an argument with my firend about wiether or not removing the xp ap is "cheating". I dont really think so. What do you think. I personally think it actually adds to the game

No I don't think it's cheating. Are we to be penalised for being over-achievers? Is it really a crime to strive for prefection? I don't think so!

I agree with you. Removing the xcap is definately more fun. I'm playing the game solo as a fighter/mage/thief and if I had the xcap on, I would have quite a pathetic character to play with. I look at the xcap remover as more of a patch or a mod of some sort.

Actually, I kind of wonder about the XP cap at all. Why? Are they worried that higher level stuff isn't tested & is buggy? Or are they trying to prevent extremely high-level characters from killing off "unkillable" inhabitants of the multiverse, or maybe just trying to level the playing field a little? Perhaps, though I don't like to be cynical, they are simply trying to create a "teaser" to buy future games (I would buy future games anyway, for my part.)

Why, sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast. And then I went and made at least three of them come true before lunch.
