My homepage keeps defaulting to this. I've changed it several times, but after a few reloads it's back to that. Can anyone tell me how I can really change my homepage to something besides this?

It keeps defaulting back because you have not cleaned all the little buggers out of the system yet. I have had this happen before. First, you can run stuff like Spybot, which has a box to check or uncheck that locks or unlocks your homepage from being tampered with...and can find the spyware that is still in the system. Stuff like "hijack this" from spywareinfo.com can help you locate the bad strings and rid you of them...
Of course, you can go into the registry and type into the "find" box the name of the file that you know must be hiding in there somewhere, then delete it...but be careful of what you are deleting. Not everything that you find may be associated with the bug. Go to Documents and Settings/All Users/Start Menu/Programs/Startup to see if the .exe for this homepage is there. I found one there before. Also, from that website I mentioned...you can get a program that protects your homepage from being changed without your permission. It lets you know something is trying to take over and gives you the option to say accept of deny.

To expand what Larry said, it's because you is infected with Spyware.
Run Spybot S&D (www.kolle.de) and ad-aware (www.lavasoft.de), and you should clean most of them out, if not all. Once you get things back where you want them, you can use Spybot's "Freeze your home page" option which prevents changes to that area. You may need to go through several rounds of changing the home page back... telling IE to restore default parameters (Tools, Internet Options, Reset Web Settings) is a measure of last resort. Note: Both of these are free for individual use. Spyware SCKS. Err... stinks. Yeah, something like that which I'm allowed to say on a family forum.

I forgot to thank you two for the help. I'm not sure what lies on the other side of kolle.de, Bungleau, but the other one helped a lot. Thanks guys.

My mistake. It was www.kolla.de, not www.kolle.de. That one tiny letter... that one big difference...
I have no idea what hangs out on the other end of that one either -- my German isn't that good. Glad to see you were able to make it through.
