Oh my dear lord. I was fighting Durst in Bodhi's lair. My main character cast Sunray causing 54+1046 worth of damage.
1100 damage total?!?!?! I'm still in shock. I have a screen shot that i'll post somewhere. Has anyone else happened upon such distructive forces in one attack? My character is a 14th level Preist Of Lathander. dulouz. |

It's a property of Sunray.
When the undead fail their saving throw, *WHAM!* SUPER MEGA HUMUNGO damage is dealt to them. This is to ensure that they will not survive. ------------------ If not a Sorcerer casting total oblivion, then a Paladin meting out justice. i'm not sure *how* it happens though. But i'm not complaining
unless the "must make a save ... or be destroyed." plays into it. but in that case, i would think a message saying that this happened would appear instead of an insane amount of damage, i.e., a message similar to that of the Mace of Disruptions "Undead distroyed" message. Ah well, neat spell... thats for sure! dulouz. |

OUCH!!! No doubt about it! He must be dead!!! I wonder if even Tiamax can survive such an amount of damage..

heh i on average gets 1000+ with sunray but some time i only get around 50-100 pt of damage, and that's probably when they save, when they fail it realy FRY
