I got this red piece of cloth from someone who buried some guy alive in the graveyard. The gravedigger said the guy hangs out in the bridge district, but Ive been all over that place and cant seem to find the right guy. I've solved the murder case there and even helped out some captain who was dumb enough to hire ogres as part of his crew. I just cant find the guy Im lookin for.

He's in the area near the water across from the venders. Sometimes he is in a building.
