Falling on Floor Laughing Olympic uniforms

It is interesting to watch and listen to the hoo-haa that our Congress is going thru about the US Olympic team's unis. The rhetoric and cringe-worthy flag waving is quite a sight to see from both the Left and the Right.

What they don't seem to realize is that it is the LONG-TIME policies of the above mentioned Congresses that have brought this about... namely wild west style dog-eat-dog Capitalism.

What did they expect when they hired renowned sweat shop owner Ralph Lauren anyway?

Your thoughts please (and maybe this will get the board rolling again, if only for a short while!).

Politicians need to stay away from sports as far as possible, period.

typical of congress getting all uppity over clothing and ignoring their real responsabilities.

I beg to differ. An American is supposed to look fat and lazy according to media, but nobody at the events fit that description.
