So did you contact Ziroc and ask permission before you began to use your site?

Have you put a clear and obvious disclaimer on your site acknowledging that Ziroc owns and maintains his right to the trademark name Ironworks when it comes to ANY sort of gaming site?

You have seemingly only crawled out of the woodwork asking for friendship when someone found you out which IMO shows complete disdain for Ziroc, and all the other thousands of people who made this forum. Taking advantage of Zirocs good nature does not make everything all right.

In my own not so humble opinion you sir, and your website, are leeches sucking the blood of the good name Ironworks.

Has Ziroc actually registered Ironworks Gaming as a trademark? If not, then this doesn't look like a nailed on trademark violation to me, as the only thing that's similar is the URL. The good/service is quite different.

As for the content, i don't see any hint of copyright infringement at all, so i'm not sure what irks you about the notice, wellard.

It would be cool if they could add a link to us on their frontpage. Something like "Were you looking for RPGs? That's this way".

I guess i need to talk to Ziroc via pm because after being on this board for so many years and seeing how Ziroc proudly defended this place over those years I just can't believe this has happened. I'm hoping there is more going on behind the scenes than I know.

Yes, Ziroc has both Ironworks Gaming and The Great Escape Studios trademarked.
