Early on in the game I picked up a bunch of Wand - Keys. wand of Summoning Key, Wand of Missles Key, Wand of Cloudkill Key.... and so on.
Does anyone know what purpose these things serve? DM - "So what do you want to do?" Thief (Malak) - "Alright I can't stand it any longer.... I'll push the button" DM - "Click" Malak - "Sh*t, now what?" Mage (Divjurn) - "Do I notice anything?" DM - "Yes actually Malaks head rolls to your feet and staring deeper into the darkness, you make out many circular blades retracting into the wall." Divjurn - "Well so much for that pokey thief.... Let's continue along and NO ONE TOUCH THAT BUTTON!" |

The keys were for a puzzle in the first dungeon. You do need them after that. As for the wands, use them until they are spent.

Wait a minute....
These things are "one" item... not a wand and a key. These are "Wand of (Spell here) Key". So are you saying that these were for a puzzle in the first dungeon? I must have completly bypassed it..... And these things will prove usefull later? btw - thanks LordEd! |
