I thought something was up when I saw 3 different relase dates on 3 different sites... Well at least I know that Barnes and Noble is right on the money when they said September. In reference to the spec. requirement question, I was wondering that after I read something about that new interactive physics card in the latest maximum PC and Neverwiner Nights 2 was listed with this card. NWN2 will probably require:

P4 3.0Ghz Machine
1 Gig Ram
256MB Video card

Anything better would be recommended (512mb video card, 3.4Ghz+, 2gig ram...)

Wow, if that is what it will take then I would have to buy myself a new computer then anyway. My CPU is an AMD Sempron 2600+, which would essentially mean I'd have to get myself a new graphics card as I would be moving into a PCIe motherboard, perhaps even new RAM (depending on what I do with this machine). The 1GB of RAM should not be a problem, as I plan to be up to 2GB by the end of September anyway.

One good thing out of this, however, is that it give you more time to work in more factors and features to your Escape From Undermountain module. And there's a strong chance that Bioware would come up with at least one or two more updates to this game before the second NeverWinter Nights comes out.

(The forum on the topic itself of the release date)

No way...

Not that I wasn't expecting anything to be like that...

I guess I'll be buying a new PC soon then, and hand this powerhouse to my mom... now what will she do with a P4 2.4ghz??

Agree. KotOR2 had so much potential, it is a shame what LucasArt did with their insistence on a Christmas '04 release. And now, they are playing cute on a KotOR3. Boogers.

Yeh, Lucas Arts is dead IMO. Died when they made Indiana Jones. (ahahah) 3D.

Their Monkey Island days are over.

Got a note from Barnes and Noble. They say the release date is 9/19/06. Looks like Oblivion and witcher will be the fun things to do this summer
