On custom items

Ok, the Dwarf in Neverwinter makes the custom stuff. I know what it is, I've printed it. But, there's also the guy in Luskan or wherever that also does it. I want to know if he makes the same stuff or is it higher lvl?

It's slightly better, I believe.

It seems like the list is the same, but I think you can use the ironwood, dragonblood etc with higher lvl weapons and armor? I can't find any info in it though.

Ok, loooks like Barun Silverblade does this in Beorunna’s Well. I think the items are better, but all the items from chapter 1 must be brought along. I.E. ironwood, draon blood etc.

..and what the heck is celestial elixir for?
