Wah, I like budgies too (I think I may have mentioned it before, LOL!).
How many do you have?
I have a little blue baby budgie who is very sweet, very noisy and very messy! I am also looking after my parent's one while they are on holiday, he is spoilt and sulks if he doesn't get fed at the right time.

So I should be feeding the budgies too!
Also revision, as my finals are coming up (I also work full time, so revision time is very limited)
And housework. This comes bottom of my list. I will have to have someone dig me out of the mess in my flat soon And the dust bunnies are taking over
