Scary bro! Glad you are feeling much better!! Yeah, world is crazy...

I've noticed in a lot of medical studies that Vitamin D (5000 IU) a day does in fact help your immune system. (if you take it long term, you should also take Vitamin K2--helps prevent calcification.

Thanks about the tip for K2. I'll look into that. I tried taking vitamin D for a while but after a week I started feeling sick when I took them. Maybe that will help.

Doing well here, but I have the distinct advantage of being used to the lockdown part, since I've been "self quarantined" for the last 15 years with my migraines.

Hey all, hope I'm not too late to the party. Hope you're all keeping well.

The UK is in the second round of lockdowns, which have sadly come just as I am up and about after major lifechanging surgery, just my luck.

Some year this has been.

Doing ok, going to work and nowhere else. Soon I won't even have to do that as I am retiring in 6 weeks.

Doin okay here - lost my job ( not due to Corona but rather inept management from a new boss ) - luckily I got a skillset that is highly in demand so now I am just chilling and doing some health stuff to loose weight and get in shape ( I look like a freaking pear when looking in the mirror )

Corona has not hit me personally - in fact I only know one person who actually got it and he is pretty much a-symptomatic - I am very careful though as my dad is 72 years old - don't wanna loose him to a sucky cold version 2.0

We're not locked down in Denmark - but retail is closed and only food and health shops are open - we have some weird demonstrations going on from people who think the close down is too severe ( sometimes I feel like getting a big buldozer and just mow them all out of the way as they make trouble in the streets - but I'll let the coppers have som fun with them instead....never give in to the dark side of temptation ) haha
