I just beat the game for the first time. I think its cool, but now I want to mess with it. I started a new game and imported my old character. A fighter with 2.6mil and 18th level is now breaking out of the dungeon. This surprised me that the game did not check the experience of the main character. I figured he would start with 1pt over 8th level. Now Minsc is 12th level, Jaheira is 9/14, but Imoen is still 8th level. If you remove the exp cap I guess that you can go forever. Interesting. I was wondering if many people do this, does the game make the encounters more difficult?

Hmm.. I'm working on a Drow, Fighter right now, and I'm not even close to bringing him into BG2 yet. He is level 8 right now, so by the time I bring him in, he'll be close to 14 or 15.

Basically. It says in the desc. that he is an Elf, but he has all the characteristics of a Drow.

Why removing the cap? It is no fun, I think.

Also, I do belive you can't go higher than lv40, with or without cp.

If you want to play as a real drow use shadowkeeper to get adalons drow transformation spell. It looks alot better then a blackskinned elf.
Also, does anyone know were too get some good drow portraits?
I've already checked the ironworks site.

I use ShadowKeeper for my Drow. But that is for BG2. I'm still in BG1. That Drow that you use for your signature, that is the one I use. I have a really good one, lemme try to find the URL.
