What makes a man want to kill indiscriminately like this, like it was some damn DOOM game....
They say the death toll is 32 now. I'm sure it'll rise. Gotta turn off the TV for now. depressing as hell. Will watch NBC News at 6:30 for updates. I want to know this guys background, and what classes he took.. You want to understand what causes a human to snap like this... You're getting our wind--it was nuts yesterday! And its a bit windy here now--and only 70 as a high in Florida! odd.

I also heard rumors that he was looking for his girlfriend, there's so much rumors spreading around it's hard to keep track of everything. One thing's for sure though, this guy was extremely determined, completely insane, and carried a LOT of ammo on him.

I think the first place that shots took place earlier were in a dorm. Either it was his dorm, or his girlfriends--or a guy that was cheating with her--that is usually what makes people go nuts... love. Seen it many times here in Florida.
Then the guys friends told this nut he wasn't here, and told him where he was, then he shoots them, and goes to the other building looking for him. just guessing.. who knows. Update-- so far, 31 dead. crazy..

Well they've held a press conference and that dumb man on TV was wrong, the body count won't be up to 50 thankfully.
No doubt this guy's story will come out eventually. In the press conference one reporter asked the police in charge of security if any of the students tried to fight back, because he would. Such a dumb question cause how's he going to know the answer to that question yet, if at all? And if the killer had two guns, he probably had one in each hand. So he starts shooting probably from the doorway of a classroom. Who's going to try to walk up to him?! They also have footage from some guy's cellphone cam where you can hear some of the shooting. It's so creepy! |

Watch it come to light that he was on some kind of ADHD meds or something.
I bet you Jack Thompson will blame it on video games. |

When you add the element of a psychopath or sociopath to a person growing up with this constant exposure to glamorized violence, you get a very volatile mix. Note that he didn't say video games were solely responsible, or even primarily responsible. But he makes a very valid point. The games available on the popular platforms today have an unbelievable amount of violence in them. Any child who plays these games for any length of time can't help but become "desensitized" to the violence. That can then carry over into r/l because they don't view the violence they commit as "real".

A real tradgedy
Saw the news yesterday and first I thought that it was something to do with the storms we have heard about then they mentioned shootings and it dawned that this was another Columbine. :S Jack can blame either games or Marilyn Manson and he will as usually be pretty ****** far from the real problem...

I'm not surprised that they didn't even need to wait a day with pointing their fingers to the gamesindustrie, and i'm even less surprised that Docter Obvious himself, that retard Dr. Phil threw the first rock.
