I know that other people have asked about this guy- but I can't even damage him. Even if I survive all the domination attacks, I keep flailing away at him and nothing happens. Could somebody please tell me how to even lay damage on the dragon?

He probably has Stone Skin on as protection, to remove this protection spell, use Breach (Or other protective spell removal spells such as Spell Strike).

Thanks for the reply, but unfortunately it hasn't helped- the dragon remains impervious to everything. I have tried breach and also remove magic, without effect. I have been stuck here for a week and am really frustrated.

What is your party make-up, and what are their levels?

Hmmmm.

Doesn't he cast Protection from magical weapons at the start of the battle? Coupled with a stoneskin this makes him a toughy.
Just try to keep him busy with some deva's etc for a bit and when you've dispelled all his protections, pile on in.

Could be wrong though, my memory is kinda hazy...

Thanks for the replies- first- for my party make-up- I have a 20th level ranger (Minsk), a 24th level wizard slayer, a 20th level inquisitor (Keldorn),16/15 level cleric/mage (Areie), 15/14 fighter/ druid (jaheira), and 20 the level mage- Imoen.
As for the other threads, they have suggested using spell removers to weaken the dragon, but it doesn't seem to help for me- even after I try that, my weapons can make absolutely no damage on the dragon. Help would REALLY be appreciated. I've been stuck here for over a week.

jellylad- you're right, he's got a protection from magical weapons up. He's ALSO got spell immunity: abjuration, so he's immune to Breach- you've gotta break out a high level magic protection breakdown spell before you drop the breach on him.

Summon either a Deva or a Planetar( just one will do) to take care of Draconis when he is in his Human form. They are immuned to his physical attacks and are 95% Magic Resistant. Set your party some distance away, and make sure that Aerie and Imoen cannot see him. You can use a Wizard Eye to guide the Deva/Planetar.

Set True Sight in Contingencies for both Aerie and Imoen. Set it to cast on self when enemy sighted. Give Imoen a Spell Trigger filled with 3 Lower Resistances. Set 3 Abi-Dalzim's Horrid Wiltings in a Chain Contingency for Imoen, and set it to cast on nearest enemy when enemy sighted.

Ruby Ray of Reversal belongs to the school of Alteration, so you can bombard him with 3-4 of these before hitting him with Breach.

When Draconis the Dragon comes for you, the True Sights will kick in, dispelling his invisibility. Immediately fire off your Spell Trigger the moment he loses his invisibility.

Good luck, and have fun.
