Hello,
I'm looking into getting a small laptop for when I go away on a 6 week training course. I won't be taking my desk top with me, but I will want to watch DVD's and play some games.
Can anyone suggest a good, small not to heavy machine that will be able to play somthing like NWN 2?
Oh and won't cost the earth either!! I live in the UK.

Thanks

Check out Dell's XPS. It ain't cheap, but no laptop that can play NWN 2 is going to be cheap.

All these seem to cost an awful lot!!
What about something like this?
http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/produ...uct_uid=119776

Under graphics it's got "ATI Radeon Xpress 1100" listed, I'm not sure what that means.
If I can't get one to run NWN2 would this one run Tomb Raider Legends?
System Requirements:
Microsoft Windows 2000, XP
Pentium 3 1.0Ghz or Athlon XP Equivalent
256MB RAM
100% DirectX 9.0c -compatible 64MB 3D Accelerated Card with TnL (GeForce 3Ti / Radeon 9 series)
Microsoft Windows 2000/XP compatible sound card (100% DirectX 9.0c -compatible)
Quad-speed (4x) DVD-ROM drive
9.9GB free disk space
100% Windows 2000/XP compatible mouse and keyboard.

If so I could take the home computer with me.

Laptops are always expensive. Unless you actually need a laptop, its always better to go with a desktop.

I used the Alienware website and built a good machine for 1,900 quid.

That ebuyer notebook you linked doesn't have a capable graphics card for NWN, I don't think (not 100% on that though).
