I decided to check out all the quests before going to the Shadow thieves (i paid the money) All off a sudden I'm in big trouble: the heart guys attack me everytime I enter the city...so I when back to save the kid and my rep in the Whisperhills(?)On the way, nalia is kidnapped. so here I am with no thief..(cause I can't go pick up Yoshi... and I am trying to clear out the ruins to find Firkraaq and the kid meeting werewolves and vampires that my guys are having trouble handling HELP PLEASE My save is too old to want to go back

Calm down... firstly, you don't need a thief to finish this, as long as your mage has the knock spell. To take care of vampires, do this: cast negative plane protection on your resident tank. Then, while he's taking and dealing punishment, get your cleric to cast holy smite on the group of vampires. A few smites will take care of them all. Next, that greater werewolf. Haste or improved haste your characters, strength them, bless them, chant, etc. Then take him on. You need to kill him as quickly as possible. From there on in it's just a matter of golems, Tazok, an annoying mage and Firkraag.

did you talk to that guy in the cabin in windspear hills? he's suposed to help you with the radiant heart, keep them off your back and stuff, he's supposed to fix everything up
