Why oh why is the French keyboard so different from the US one ? (I have an US keyboard at work and a French one at home)

Never had the ; ' problem myself...
I do hate those windows-keyboards with the built in ALT-TAB button between the CTRL and the ALT. I always pressed that one when I was in the middle of a game. Luckily, there's a new board in town

Has anyone seen a Norwegian (Scandinavian) keyboard?
Lots of äs ôs Øs and the like. Fun thing is, under a normal Windows, they are interpreted as [, / or . Try working with that

German keyboards also have the Umlaute (I'm using an English one so I cant type them). What's worse - they have the Z and the Y key switched! You get SOO confused...

I know what you mean Moiraine
I got a French one at home and an English At School
but i love that you can make ü's and éèñ and stuff
It Rock but i tend to write isn;t instead of isn't

You should see Icelandic keyboards we got Þ, Æ, Ð.and easy access to óíúýéá and such, but making the ~ requiers performing Blackmagic rituals in the middle of the night.... well kinda

I never knew that
And I've got an German Aunt on whose keyboard i've typed
for us dutchies it don;t matter to much since we use the Y or the Z anyway
