HI Relic! Come in and tell me how your Thanksgiving was! Mine was mucho mellow.. just a quiet day of cooking and eating and playing Icewind Dale.
*looks up Dresdan in phone book and realizes her 'nicks only' phone book is out of date* Oh phooey! And now I have to put my own lights out! LOL Well, I long ago decided to only do the little Alberta spruce trees near my foundation since I am not up for climbing ladders to deck the house out! Cloudy, waving at Larry in the shadows

*enters, walks over to a very comfortable looking chair and plomps down* Hello all.
Cloudy, I decided long ago that the only thing around my house that would have lights on it at Christmas time would be my Christmas tree. I guess my wife, however, was not there when I made that decsion. Have you ever seen the movie Christmas Vacation. I have spent all day, on and off, hanging lights on; gutters, porches, trees, shrubs, even the handrailing on our deck in the back of the house. I just get it done and she goes to the store and gets more lights. |

Dresdan, I hear you! And if I had some nice fellow around to hang MY lights.. hehe. I'd be putting them on more than just my shrubs, but lucky for my guy, he's out of state for the time being... so no ladder climbs for him this year!
Uh, the hand railing? eef! Cloudy

ROTFL!!!!!! My neighbors have lots of those clear lights on their shrubbery and doors.. and I swear you can land a helicopter in my street by them... but last year, you could READ on my front lawn at midnight.. I kid you not.. they had that many more lights up!

Hiya Cloudykins My T-day was very mellow also. Peaceful and relaxing, just the way this old battered Kensai likes them these days. It is good to have you back with us Stormqueen.
Still waiting for my dainty thunderclap-tap |

*Walks in, looks around, doesn't see anybody.* Guess I'll just make a cup of coffee and relax for a moment. *Gets coffee and sits in a cumfy chair by the window and watches the beautiful sunrise*
