In your opinion, what are the 2 best long swords in the game?

and

What are the 2 best overall one handed swords in the game including longswords, bastard swords, katanas and scimitars?

The answer to your first question must be the equalizer and the daystar.
The answer to your second question would be the equalizer and celestial fury.

Long swords- Daystar and I really don't have a second favorite. Equalizer is powerful at times, but so are other long swords. Adjatha the Drinker isn't bad nor is the Blade of Roses.

Best one handed swords-Celestial Fury and Daystar

I had a different game started where i had the broken hilt ( or blade whatever) of the equalizer but in my current game i don't have it-- where is the broken hilt found? ( i have the pommel jewel)
Is it better than Lilarcor ( the talking sword)?

The pommel is in the very first dungeon(which you already have)
The blade is in the Underdark in the Beholder lair
The hilt is in the Underdark in the Mind Flayer lair

I believe these are correct..if not, someone correct me.

If you were going to go with scimatars as well check out Belm and the waters edge or something.

Wrong!!! (NO offence) But if you are going for scimitars you would have to go for the one and only swords of Drizzit's (You would have to kill him though and be of GOOD alignment)
