Lock-up bug in W&W

When first encountering CET, the angel Kerah appears but is turned evil by CET. During the following fight with Kerah, the game always freezes. Keyboard and mouse no longer work and the only thing is to reset the computer.
I installed the game on another computer and loaded a previous savegame. The same thing happened!!

PS. I know youre supposed to do some damage to Kerah so she will ask for the Holy water. I got this Holy water!

Anybody had this problem before? What is the cause? Is there a solution?

Sorry, I did not look at the BEST TIPS topic before first posting this message.

It seems strange though that this problem could be memmory related because I got the exact same problem with two different computers. One with 64 MB and the other with 128 MB of RAM.

Welcome to the board, Joseph!!!

This problem has happened to many many players.

Memory is often the cause of the problem, but not always. One solution would be for you to send me a ZIPped copy of your gamexx.sav and let me get you past this crash bit. I've done this exact same thing for many players.

Just got an excellent tip from one of our readers (THANKS!) which might help you out, Joseph.

Our reader noted in games that if you approached Kerah from the RIGHT as you are FACING CET that the game doesn't freeze but if you approach on the left - crash.

Worth trying!! Let us know if it works for you!!
