I have had it on both systems. It is of course going to be better visually on the Pc... plus with the free downloads and the free mods you can get or make with the toolset that is provided with it makes it a better buy. But the controls for the X-Box are outstanding and unmatched if you as me. The down falls for the Pc version is you really have to have a high end computer to get the true feeling with out any lag. The X-box's graphics are close to the Pc and you don't have AS MANy lags as the Pc. Still the load times are rather long which ever route you go. I took the Pc version back just because it was to choppy for my system specs. I love the X-box version, and the company also stated that they are going to release a free add on to catch up to all the extra data and mods for the x-box through the X-box magazine, AND through x-box live once it goes Online... so the choice is yours, let this guide. But either way get the game.

I don't have the game for pc and never have played it, so i can't really compare. But you never really get any lag if you don't have the money to buy a super computer. The controler for xbox is uncomparible if you ask me, but you can't hotkey your spells for a quick cast, but you do have a superior feel.
But either way insane's right, GET THE GAME, it kicks A$$!!!!
