So, with Might and Magic II for example, would you say there is a certain point in leveling or increasing stats/AC where one should STOP, so that they don't go over? I never knew a player could up enchantments on a weapon or armor by over +5 - I was reading a "forum/story" about this, and this person had weapons with +68 for their weapons.

If I'm not mistaken, in MM2 the bug doesn't appear. i.e. going above 255 will not give you any additional benefits, but the game makes sure it doesn't roll you back to 00 either.
