Finally completed the game.

Had to save before the first battle with Kerah where she becomes posessed - can
she be killed, coz she seems to cast restore health.

Had to play both roles, killing Cet and Anephas.

My hat is off to Mr. Bradley for a seriously awesome game!

I did find that Valkyrie and ZenMaster roles were a little too late to be
really useful - and have to get on with study so I won't be resetting the
adventures.

The storytelling for Cet winning was a little disappointing - a veritable
blood-bath might have been nice, although surely the Mavins' curse would have
been activated almost instantly thus killing the mortal Cet and letting his
spirit roam free?

I hope, somehow, Mr. Bradley manages to come up with a storyline for W&W2.
If it's anywhere close to this it will rock.

Congrats eddie.

To get full advantage of the Valkyrie and the Zenmaster play the game once more with your characters. It will not be as tough, but you'll get to try the classes out.

And there's a thorough discussion about Kerah's cheating somewhere on the board. I believe it was bsftcs had very insightful hints to give about that.

Way to go, Eddie!

It is definitely an addictive and enjoyable game. And I agree -- the final closing scenes aren't quite worth what you went through to get there.

Still, you can play again, as Willow suggested, and this time, it will probably take you less time than before, since you know the lay of the land and the things you'll need to do.

Good luck on getting back to your studies, and don't stay away too long

Congrats, eddie-c!!!

Glad to hear that you made it through to the end! Sorry you won't be able to reset adventurers anytime soon - maybe later?? Hope you won't disappear from the board!

I think I'd have to make new chars with less role changing to get to
have benefits from Valkyrie. (By the time I hit Brimlock Roon my chars
were on their 4th class, which I left them at - with the exception of
my Rogue who was on his 5th [assassin])

With regards one comment i'd seen about having to use a character editor
to drop skills because of having to assign points each time you levelled,
the way I found around that was by leaving some of the spell levels at
10/11, that way each "need-to-be-assigned-point" was only something like
2 or 1%. (Also depending what skills it had listed I was just throwing
them into Gallantry/Prowess/Sorcery)

Had some fun at the end with enchant/blessings too. Was interesting to see
the effect it had on weapons but it was very obvious that unless you had been
making dragon arrows or abusing the cash bug there was no way you could
enchant all your eq. up.

Congratulations.

It is only possible to inflict damage on Kerah until her health bar drops a bit into the red area. Then it will stop descending. And she will always fully regenerate once she becomes re-possessed.
