It seems as thogh the gods were against me yesterday with them not wanting me to go to Dave The Quacks Birthday party.
Yesterday afternoon I was helping my dad move some dirt into the backyard to top up some garden beds. Stupid me was using the wheelbarrow. Stupid me was doing this in thongs (the shoe kind) Stuipd me didn't watch where I was going Stupid me stepped into a hole and dislocated my ankle (lucky not to break it. So now I am on crutches for a few weeks until I can put full weight on it again. Least I get tomorrow off work

Bugger, that's bad luck. At least you didn't snap any ligaments, that would've been really nasty.

LOL Can you whip a set of crutches like that in EFU ? hehehehe.
Well Work wouldn't give me the day off. They have set up a VPN acess so I can work from home. How nice of them! NOT UPDATE: The foot is getting better still really swollen but I reckon I will be off the crutches later this week.
