The grey haired man jumps back in his chair, stands up, picks the chair up in his hands, slams it over the nearby table, and points a remaining jagged steak directly at Vlaew.
"ARE YOU CRAZY MAN! You can't just give out coordinates like that!!! Someone... ANYONE could be listening..." He shouts wildly, he then throws the steak at a window, and the window shatters. What's unusual is taht the window was made of a superpolymer and wasn't supposed to be breakable even by bullets, so this action is unnerving, and it is quickly followed by a noisy pressure change in the room. All at once the world stops moving...

The grey haired man remains, breathing heavily... the Aasimar and Teifling start to find it difficult to breath... and move... and do anything... Suddenly the people wakling up the massive stairs begin to walk backwards, the window repairs itself, the wooden steak reforms along wtiht he shattered peices of chair and they re form in the grey haired man's hands. He puts the chair down, and sits back down in it, snaps his fingers, and time proceeds normally... the grey haired man gives Vlaew a look of absolute dread... and all at once the aasimar and teifling ghasp for air, and realize they can move again...

"Do not... do that... again... Leutenant... I have the right to get you court-marshaled! now tell me, what's the name of your target... TELL ME!"

I first will know your name! and who you are working for, or perhaps I will have you court marshaled for listening in on a private convorsation.

He leans back and gives you a stare of absolute confusion. "You... Don't recognize me?" he says completley dumbfounded.

Anyone could'a read it off my hand either way, Vlaew thinks, but figures it best unspoken. "Seraph Iterkonicules. You gonna give me 'nother lesson for telling you just like that, or..?" He turns to Lorinia, "If he can mess with time, I prefer just telling... that fine?"

The man points at a glowing monitor on one of the food court corners. The two turn their heads and see the man's face on the screen with the subtitle "Proof there is a God." With a swirl of his finger another monitor appears, closer by... Monitor manipulation is something only given to high ranking officers that want to communicate on full-levle video and voice communications. The volume toggles up.

"There... There was this man! in the sky! He just came out of nowhere... and... he kept blowing things up... and they kept coming back together... IM SO CONFUSED!!! What is going on?"

"The people of 84473^455Z101-Epsilon|y|1321b were completley dumbfounded today as Masakari Kai, the head of all interdimensional policing operations, was seen locked in combat with the greatest threat to the multiverse, shinokorosha... For the first time in their lives these simple people bore witness to his antics, which brings up a disturbing question... Should this sort of freelance justice be allowed... With us today we have special guest stars doctor Antyrg Watson of the Lylock Command and a represenative of Hive mind... Tell me, Dr. Antyrg... Why is it that you think that Kai is dangerous?"

The camera focused onto a man with spikey white armor and very messy hair. "Well you see Donna, Masakari is clearly a threat to the multiverse because we don't know what he's running on. We don't know anything about him. He was reported to be dead, and then suddenly he's alive, and he's been alive for over 9 centuries now! He's killed 700,000 targets in his lifetime and he always gets his man... Does this man sound safe? Should he be allowed to continue performing in this manner?"

"The hive mind says that the threat of Shinokorosha must be stopped... so Sayeth Deus Ex Machina, So is law!"

The tv was silent for a bit...

Then the reporter chocked up "y- yes! That's right! Hive minds will is law and is uncontestable.... I suggest you re-think thoughts like that Dr. Antyrg..."

"Or else die the death of a thousand dogs!"

The television blinked out on the last comment.

Masakair then tapped his fingers on the table to get the attention of the aasimar and teifling back on him.

"I know that anyone could have read it off your hand, Vlaew... But then again that chicken scratches you call handwriting isnt very discernable... So he's calling himself Seraph... eh... I suggest you stay out of this business..."

With that Kai stood up, pulled a round looking metalic object off of his belt, pulled a thin coord on it, and chucked it at the crowds of people on the stairs, instantly there was a loud defaning bang, followed by screams of absolute horror. Everyone on the stairs was blown apart, their entrails and bodily fluids and liquidated skin and organs splattered against the walls, floor, and ceiling. The skylight above became solid red with th eblood of the slain, those arriving at the docks immediatley took cover. Kai then walked up the stairs slowly, his feet squishing on the remains. He then neared the top of the stairs and looked back at the Teifling and Aasimar. "LIKE I SAID! Don't follow me!"
He then pulled out a pistol and shot the teifling in the head from what must have been 50 feet away, it was a snap-shot, yet the aim was perfectly between the eyes. Vlaew felt conciousness leave him as his body immediatley went limp. Kai proceeded toward the portal room, and droplets of blood began to fall onto the ground all around the room.

At once 40 or so monitors popped up out of nowhere and began orbiting around the Aasimar, each one of them had a differint man's face on them and they were all shouting and demanind "What the hell is going on? Speak up Speak up!"
Then one prominant voice shouted "PUT ME THROUGH I have priority!"
Suddenly the face of the head lylock appeared on every monitor and he looked around the room as if he was standing there. A droplet of blood fell infront of one of the screens and he jumped back.
"WHAT HAPPENED!? How did you survive?! Was there an accident? Some kind of explosion? I'm readying almost 300 MDKs on this chart!"
