Ok, I never even got the Scabban quest from the Mages guild, however I killed Scabban, and it the quest never showed. The two other quests however do show up, and I completed them. Now I'm at the point where I am level 2 in the mages guild, but cannot advance further. Valeria doesnt give me an option to do any quests, and neither does Ishad N'ha. I think in Ishad N'ha you need to be level 3 to get a quest? I don't understand. Any ideas?

The Scabban thing is definitely a bug. IMHO
