I think just Mazzy.

There's a romance with Imoen for both genders, though I personally don't find it to my taste.

And recently deArnise romance by jcompton(Flirt Pack author, Banter Pack author) has been released, too:

Still. Characters like Xan, Kivan, and Coran... well, I would have loved having htem back in my party, quite frankly.
So would I, and so would Domi, another modder, and so Kivan and Xan for BG2 are available:

Besides, this is just basic eugenics. You shouldn't have children with the mortals, that would dilute the divine blood. The ToB NPC has lost his divine essence, and the rest pretty much attack you on sight. Imoen is the only sensible choice you have for spawning foul progeny.

Although same-sex romance still doesn't make sense. Huh.

I always hoped that Xan and Xzar would come back in BG2. I was rather disappointed when they didn't.

you mean Xzar? he is in BG2, in the docks area, just isn't joinable, or is that what you meant?

Sorry, should have made it clearer. I was disapoointed he didn't come back as able to join your party, in a major role.

I would have prefered for Xzar and Monti to not to be in BG2 over the role they have now. At least the likes of Xar and Shar Tel could be modded in without having to change a quest in the game.
The same goes for Tiax, even though his fate is somewhat amusing. I'd still rather have him in the party, though!

Tiax is already available: modded in at Spellhold, has banters with all Bioware NPC, the PC, player-initiated dialogue, SoA and ToB content.

Xan is available, too: full original voicing, SoA and ToB content, banters with all Bioware NPC, new quests, friendship with the PC, romance with a female elven PC.

Shar-Teel was in development, but, unfortunately, the author is no longer active.

Also, the Kivan of Shilmista mod brings kivan back. Though, I haven't downloaded a recent version of him. Probably should. See what's different.
