Okay fine. I will not totally anihalate the party like I was so eager to do. I'll let them live on for one more level before feeding them to the real surprise to come.

Cyril, I have an idea. See PM

Far be it from me to encourage you not to annihilate the party -- I was just pointing out that a single daedroth, properly converted from the TES setting, is likely to accomplish that. Two would certainly do the trick given the lack of magical weapons in the group, the party's lack of familiarity with them and the special attacks these critters have.

Four? I just don't know that therre's enough work for four of them here or that those clerics are really powerful enough to be controlling four of these guys (assuming that there's a connection).

well... looks like my usual tactic for my gnome PC's won't work here.

That tactic is of course "called shot to the 'nads"

OOC I still haven't heard how big this thing is...

So sorry...
Last night, I read a message from Cyril that indicated that he had spoken with you and that the monster height was concluded.
I figured from that text that you knew before I did. Here is the information.

Quote:
Size - Larger than man-sized but not giant size. Think in terms of an ogre or a troll with regard to height. In terms of body mass - not so heavy as an ogre nor so thin as a troll.

I am researching something for Vincent, and will post movement for the party when I have an answer.

That post for Kynnen was made with a great showing of mercy. I had begun the post with the intent on having him eaten this very day, but decided to see if showing mercy to one of my victims leads to anything good for the game.

The next time, however...
