Well I was, and now I'm hungover, but that is still my view when sober lol! Unfortunately a small minority of thugs spoil it for the rest of us. I also don't like seeing English fans rampaging across the world spreading destruction in their wake (again a tiny minority).
i don't think it would be wise of them to try that in japan. Haven't you heard on the news ? Japanese policeofficers will be equiped with samurai blades to deal with hooligans. You don't wanna mess with these guys. lol

Are you referring to Maradona being banned for using doping?

Of course he should be banned - as shall anybody else that using performance enhancing drugs.

"Hand of God" - my foot (just my opinion of him)

EDIT: And of course I'll be cheering for Denmark
lol... you dont know what youre getting into arcunin, discussing football with an argentinian...

regarding maradonas doping, what they found was traces of an estimulant found ONLY in certain drugs for curing colds (perfectly legal) that sell only in america. they are not considered doping there and almost anywhere except by fifa. his personal phsyio made the mistake as he didnt know the composition. it didnt affect perfomance, or anything else by that matter. what a coincidence that both maradona and caniggia were selected to be probed in the 2nd game...

and maradonas goal against the english in '86, the first was with the hand of god, but the second should have been worth double, so we wouldve won anyways.

No, because I've seen people get beaten up on the street for not being English.
This is far more unlikely to happen if we win it.

I think that Argentina has the best team.
I really hope they get far this time!
What makes me a little sad is that Greece once again didn't manage to qualify...

So I should hope that England win, to pacify the small number of mindless thugs and keep them happy? No thanks!

No thanks!
I hope England win ,and I'll wave my St George flag proudly, sing ENG-ER-LAND at the top of my voice ,not because I'm a football hooligan, or a racist, but because I want to see my country win the biggest football tournament that exists.

Why don't people have a problem with Welsh , Scottish & Irish waving flags ,don't these people have a hooligan problem ? I think if you look at what happend in N Irlend after the Rangers v Celtic game & in Cardiff after the Leeds game You'll see they do.

I've just asked the 12 people I work with , they all want England to win ,I consider none of them to be mindless thugs.
