You know, people can say that some of our threads get out of hand or turn into huge flame wars, but Ironworks is still very good compared to other forums I sometimes check. I flit around them, lurking and watching, and I can tell you that no other forum comes close to IW in terms of general behaviour. Some of them are really out of control. We can be very proud of this place

What cracks me up is the way some people who are members of IW and members (...even mods on other forums) conduct themselves on those other boards...you would never know they are the same people.

Yeah, some people can seem so nice, and then out of nowhere turn rabid, tis the way of online communicating I reckon.

And MAGIK - I for one saw the parody in your thread But I guess since the Criminals thread was locked, and maybe a sensitive issue now, guess better not to go back to it fella Again, I know you were just making a joke LOL. Well, don't feel bad, I've posted many a lame joke which bombed.

Indeed they do, LadyZ! Sometimes right under your very nose they do...quite often from misinterpreting things people say. At least, that's how I often see it occur.

ROTFL! We both missed the mark,eh? I was giving you a hard time, kidding, MagiK! But I think LadyZ is right.. given the other thread involved and reasons for it being closed, I can see why it may not have reached your targeted audience!

Oh yes! I think anyone who's been around the web long enough can attest to that!

Arledrian, you are so right! I have to say that IW is an oasis in the web desert!
