It's that time of the year again. I hope the Lakers don't win again this year, it's getting a little annoying. No shocking results so far, except the Suns win in San Antonio in game 1. So who do you think will win it this year ? And who's gonna be MVP ?

Lakers lead series 1-0

Spurs bounced back from a loss thanks to Duncan...

I think Mavs and Portland (given that all of their players are healthy) is a nice matchup and Sacramento and Utah... uhh... Sacramento will sweep them in my opinion... I hope or maybe until game 5.

I am with Orlando... I just like TMac. The guy's insane.. they beat Detroit in Game One... hehehe I liked the article to that game.. the first line was:

"Tracy McGrady made the NBA's best defense look bad."

I would like to see the Pistons beat the Lakers in the NBA Finals.

And that's my Finals prediction.

McGrady wouldn't have been able to do much if Ben Wallace were healthy. But I still think the Pistons will beat the Magic. If Wallace gets hurt again, though, Pistons won't go past the second round. But that better not happen!

Its bryant!

And yes I think itll be the lakers.

The only team they have had trouble with... is the kings. Every other team they just walked on the last four years. Its still the same team also.

If they do lose it will be to the kings in the conference finals.

Not Duncan, but Stephen Jackson was the man for san Antonio this game. He scored 23 points and hit a jumper that capped a 10-0 run. But again the Suns were close though. Don't forget they were 3-1 over the Spurs in the regular season.

You mean, Shaq, Kobe and the Refs are unbeatable.

Sorry, I know I do this all the time, but its so frikken blatant with the Lakers, it almost embarassing. And I am not even a Lakers fan.

[/QUOTE]But you're right. It's amazing to see what shaq's allowed to do with his elbows sometimes. I know he's simply bigger and stronger than the rest of em, but i sometimes get a the feeling that even the refs are intimidated by him. He gets awarded with fieldgoals where others are being called for an offensive foul.
