GRRRRR! Why do people make these things? The yecchy raisins in them look just like chocolate chips, so you're FOOLED into thinking that it's something worthwhile, until you bite into them and AKKK!! You might as well bake dead blowflies into them as far as I'm concerned! BLECH!

-Sazerac (still spatting out chunks of oatmeal and nasty raisins...pbbbbth!)

Aw, man! Now I love moonpies! A moonpie and a Nehi soda or an RC cola on a summer day...now that's the deep south!

Lol! They do look like chocolate chips don't they? That's why you smell it before you eat it. And I like oatmeal cookies. So there...

But the big question is, how do they get the chocolate chips in the cookies, 'cause they sure aren't melten at any time..

I liked RC they dont sell it up here too much, I always thought it was kind of a mix between Pepsi and coke...not as acidic as coke and not as sweet as pepsi....

But my favorite snack (right now) is Hershy bars w/almonds

And trivia bit-o-tid for today is ....RC stands for Royal Crown

Saz,

Aww, oatmeal is so good for you! Oats have a very low glycemic index, I eat em every morning! And Oatmeal cookies is good!

Gosh, quite a few junk food junkies here. Y'all don't want to know how I eat, heh heh! Have you been eating your vegetables too?

Take care

(Prepares a nice dish of Brussels Sprouts Cocaigne, eats them with a salad.) My husband eats oatmeal cookies, too. I like chocolate chip. But Oreos ....(sighs, because she can't eat them because she is on a diet.)

What you have to do is poke the cookies with your fingers to see if they contain raisins or chocolate chips. If a lot of people see you do this and hear you say "Yech, raisins!", maybe they'll get the hint and put out the good kind.

Mmmm, oatmeal-chocolate chip cookies.

I love oatmeal cookies... when they're made big enough that they stay nice and soft.
mmmm, not as good as chocolate chip, but pretty good.
