Well in the early days of the board, I was the oldest member, but we have so many members now that may no longer be the case. Kind of funny, at 46 I was the oldest of the "Old Coots", now I learn there is an "Old Coots" clan. I am an Old Coot, and yet, I am not, heh

LOL Aragorn! You are among people who understand exactly how you feel. Good thing I dont have a misstress, because I don't think she would understand that I am practically married to my 1.2 gig athlon.

24. I loved AD&D as a kid, but got bored rolling the dice all the time (ADD kicked in, I think). True story: this past spring I decided I wanted a new PC game, so I went into the store and asked for "something like AD&D, but where the dice rolls are generated for you." The clerk just smiled at me and handed me BG. I was hooked. So hooked, that for my anniversary, my girlfriend have me BG2 and said, "now I know I'll probably never see you again because of this, but happy anniversary, honey." What a woman.

whoa, i think the 'standard' bg player is a little older, if I look at the replies (a lot of replies, and that for a forum of a day old )
and for Campino, A standard player is somebody who plays the game fanatic, or semi-fanatic (dunno the correct English word)
In Dutch; met overtuiging, je kent alle regels en je weet veel items te vinden, waarschijnlijk een uurtje per dag om een beetje standaard te zijn

I love u all (especially the girls over there)
