I consoled in a Soul Reaver, but I can't remove the damn thing. CAn anyone help me with this?

Why? use a remove curse spell. Priests, temple, scrolls, whatever.

As andrewas said, a 'Remove Curse'-spell will work. If you read the Soul Reavers description, it says that it is cursed.

OK, so it isnt cursed. I looked it up, and it requires STR 13 - if you dont have that then that could be your problem, although Ive never seen it happen.

Just cheat the damn thing off and save time.

Trau, we can all appreciate your frustration. I must imform you that name calling or any other derogatory comments made toward other forum members is not tolerated and can lead to temporary or even permanent banning from IW depending on severity and frequency. I'm sure you didn't intend to insult anyone, so you might want to take a moment to think things through and be calm before responding.
It could be a bug or glitch, I have had this problem with "The boots of Speed", on two occasions. Once with Jaheira and again with Edwina after his/her "Nether Scroll" transformation. Ironically I did remove them in Shadowkeeper and then replace them and they still could not be removed "in game".
