all original bioware romances continue in ToB some of the MOD-NPCs also have a ToB romance part.
party interaction also gets more interesting in ToB as it sometimes has effects. but I better quit before spoiling too much

Speaking of this, can you start a romance from the beginning in ToB? Or does it have to have started in SoA?
